MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Warehouses storing drones and multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS) missiles, a Ukrainian equipment repair workshop, and foreign mercenaries were destroyed in recent strikes in the Kharkov region, the coordinator of the pro-Russian underground network in Nikolayev Sergey Lebedev told Sputnik on Thursday.
"The Kharkov region ... Destroyed targets [include] an industrial zone in Kharkov, near the Malyshev plant. An equipment repair workshop was destroyed, along with warehouses storing drones and warehouses with MLRS missiles. The explosion was powerful ... There was a hit on a dormitory near the industrial zone. According to the local resistance, there were up to 100 foreign mercenaries from Central America in the hostel," Lebedev said.
Additional strikes targeted the Ukrainian armed forces in the Kupyansk and Bogodukhov districts of the Kharkov region, including a field warehouse, the coordinator said. Additionally, the Ukrainian armed forces’ positions on the outskirts, which were preparing to advance on Volchansk, as well as economic facilities used to hide armored vehicles, were also destroyed.

The attacks damaged infrastructure near a Ukrainian airbase in Poltava’s Mirgorod district, including the former headquarters of the 831st Tactical Aviation Brigade, which served as a training center with barracks where militants were trained to pilot airplanes and drones, Lebedev said.
The Konotop Valves Plant and the Motordetal-Konotop plant, both linked to military production for the Ukrainian armed forces, were hit in Konotop of the Sumy region, along with local drone workshops, a mechanical plant, and diesel train and armored vehicle repair facilities, Lebedev said.
