EU Promoting Its Version on Drone Incident in Poland to Pressure Russia, Diplomat Says
It aims to disrupt revived Russian-US talks and sabotage Ukraine settlement prospects, Yulia Zhdanova, head of Russia’s delegation at Vienna security talks, told Sputnik.
EU states aren’t ready for peace — their core goal, defining modern Western elites’ existence — inflicting strategic defeat on Russia — remains unmet, she noted.
ℹOn September 10, an object — first called a drone by Poland — hit a building, causing damage. PM Tusk blamed a "Russian drone provocation," but media later suggested it was a Polish F-16 missile. Poland claimed it downed "Russian" drones, which Moscow denied, saying it did not target the country.
