2⃣Morocco (57) – Jumped 9 spots since last year, excelling in industrial designs, education spending, and labor productivity.
3⃣South Africa (61) – Rose 8 places, driven by improvements in institutional capacity and entrepreneurship.
4⃣Seychelles (75) – Re-entered rankings after a decade, debuting in the top 80.
5⃣Tunisia (76) – Advanced due to strengths in science and engineering graduates as well as scientific publications.
6⃣Egypt (86) – Ranked highly in regional attractiveness and digital transformation efforts.
7⃣Botswana (87) – Progressed through economic diversification and ICT investments.
8⃣Senegal (89) – Boosted by smart agriculture initiatives and digital infrastructure.
9⃣Namibia (91) – Climbed 11 spots, reflecting gains in innovation infrastructure.
Cape Verde (95) – Improved with focus on ICT and renewable energy sectors.
