Nigerians have been dealing with fuel queues since 1975, but now there is a substantial difference, Aliko Dangote stated at the first anniversary of the petrol production launch from the 650.000 barrels-per-day refinery.
"My goal is to see Africa prosper, as we have the fastest-growing population in the world," local media quoted him as saying.
