'Hello, Government is Listening': Ivorian New Governmental Call Center to Strengthen Public Engagement
The call center 'Allo 101' was inaugurated on September 12 in Abidjan by Prime Minister Robert Beugre Mambe.
At the heart of this citizen-focused innovation:
service available in 17 languages, including 15 national languages;
ability to handle 600 simultaneous calls;
free number.
Citizens can:
🟠 get information on public services;
🟠 verify rumors;
🟠 report incidents;
🟠 make suggestions.
"The free number 101 allows the state to be more attentive to the population, ensuring communication is accessible to everyone, from cities to the most remote villages," the prime minister said on social media.
