Tunisian, Iranian FMs Call for Gaza Ceasefire, Unrestricted Aid & Palestinian Statehood, Statement Says
Mohamed Ali Nafti and Abbas Araghchi held talks in Tunisia to address the developments in the Middle East among other issues, Tunisia's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Both ministers agreed on the need to:
▪Stop the brutal aggression against Palestinians;
▪End the suffering in Gaza and all Palestinian lands;
▪Let humanitarian aid flow — no restrictions, no conditions;
▪Support their full historical rights;
▪Build their independent state — on all their land.
The discussions also focused on science, culture, tourism, health and more ways to work together, according to the statement.
