The United States' increased activity near Venezuela is driven by their need for Venezuelan oil and gas, President Nicolas Maduro told RT.
Maduro emphasized Venezuela’s vast natural wealth:

🟠The South American country has the fourth-largest gas reserves in the Caribbean
🟠The country potentially owns the largest gold reserves in the world.
🟠Additionally, Venezuela boasts vast fertile land and water resources.
