Russia strongly condemns the decision of the UK, Germany and France (E3) to restore sanctions against Iran, the Russian MFA says
More statements by the ministry on the matter:
🟠The E3 has no legal grounds for using the mechanism to reimpose sanctions against Iran;
🟠Russia urges the countries to reconsider their decision before it leads to irreparable consequences;
🟠Russia considers it important to prevent new escalation around Iran's nuclear program;
🟠Policy of confrontation with Tehran, led by Europe, has no prospects;
🟠Restoring constructive dialogue between parties to avoid a new crisis over Iran's nuclear program is paramount now.
