FSB Detains Accomplice in Murder of Russian Lt. Gen. Moskalik The suspect, a 49-year-old Russian citizen, was arrested in the Saratov region, according to an FSB statement. The detainee delivered a homemade explosive device to the Moscow Region on the orders of Ukrainian special services before the April 25 assassination of Lt. Gen. Yaroslav Moskalik, the FSB reported.The suspect confessed to monitoring Moskalik and delivering the bomb, for which he was promised $18,000.He also admitted to collecting and transferring information about Russian Aerospace Forces personnel, defense enterprise employees, and critical infrastructure to Ukrainian intelligence via WhatsApp since July 2023.
