New Artesian Wells Inaugurated in Bangui with Russian SupportA ceremony was held on Tuesday in the Central African capital to inaugurate new artesian boreholes in several districts. Attendees included representatives from the Russian humanitarian agency Rossotrudnichestvo and the Central African Minister of Mines.The wells, constructed by a Russian technical mission, represent a significant step toward improving residents' access to drinking water.
