The new accusations by Macron targeting Russia "reflect the image of a Europe in decline, cornered by a war it provoked itself," stated Cheikh Ousmane Diallo.
"He denounces the allegedly predatory stance of Russia toward Europe. Yet, it is Europe that, for centuries, has adopted this stance toward Africa," the activist told Sputnik Africa.
For him, before denouncing any supposed Russian threat against Europe, "Macron should first stop meddling in African affairs, cease supporting the terrorist Ukrainian state, and acknowledge the heinous crimes of colonization committed across the world."
