09:29 08.08.2025 (Updated: 09:59 08.08.2025) Venezuelan Foreign Ministry Calls US Reward for Information to Arrest Maduro ‘Circus’
On Thursday, US Attorney General Pam Bondi announced a $50 million reward for information that will help arrest Maduro.
"Pamela Bondi's pathetic 'reward' is the most ridiculous smokescreen we have ever seen. While we are debunking terrorist plots organized from her country, this lady is organizing a media circus to please the defeated Venezuelan far-right," Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yvan Gil said on Telegram on Thursday.
Gil firmly rejected political propaganda from Washington, adding that Bondi's "show" is "a joke and a desperate attempt to distract attention from her own troubles."
