Russian stormtroopers found the body of a local civilian tortured by Ukrainian militants in Kupyansk, Sputnik was told by the Russian security agencies.
"Multiple signs of torture were found on the man's body... a plastic bag and a noose were thrown over the victim's head, while his hands were tied behind his back," the source said.
The source explained that, in all likelihood, the deceased civilian was used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a human shield.
