Gabon Set to Construct 100% African Data Center
The ST Digital Construction group will build the center in the Nkok Special Economic Zone, the media reported.
The project aims to:
🟠Enhance digital sovereignty;
🟠Foster a resilient digital economy in Gabon.
⏳ The data center will be operational within five months.
It will offer several services:
🟠A sovereign cloud platform;
🟠Shared solutions for businesses;
🟠Digital services tailored for healthcare, finance, education, and government administration.
The data center's impact include:
🟠Reduction in reliance on foreign infrastructure;
🟠Bolstering national data cybersecurity;
