In 2009, he was named the best gospel vocalist, and in 2012, he won the Castel Live Opera, beating out representatives from eight African countries. Singer Denise won "Africa Island Talents" in 2014, which earned her a contract with Universal Music. But she gave up world touring in favor of a large tour of Africa. She also co-founded the big music festival in Madagascar.
