Burkina Faso & Chad Join Forces for Sustainable Mining Sector On July 17, Burkinabe Minister of Energy, Mines and Quarries Yacouba Zabré Gouba welcomed a delegation from Chad led by Minister of Petroleum, Mines, and Geology Ndolenodji Alixe Naimbaye.The goal was to enhance bilateral cooperation through a memorandum of understanding for sharing expertise in the mining sector.
