Russia-Nigeria OPEC+ Cooperation Ensures Stability & Predictability of Global Oil Market, Russian Deputy PM Says
"The decisions we make are based on real-market data and trends, and are aimed at balancing supply and demand amid economic challenges," Alexander Novak said.
Russia and Nigeria's cooperation within OPEC and OPEC+ serves long-term national interests and boosts economies of both countries, the deputy PM noted at a meeting with Nigerian Finance Minister Olawale Edun.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed:
full-cycle oil and gas cooperation — from exploration to field development;
partnerships in energy, industrial supplies, and banking;
coordination within OPEC+.
