'Russia is True Military Power, Both Conventional & Nuclear': French Chief of Defence Staff
"It is still devoting enormous, colossal efforts to this effort, which is hard to imagine. Russia is a model of a complete military, down to its very tips. In the Russian army today, I don't see any missing capability," asserted Thierry Burkhard.
He is confident that Russia will continue to rearm and, by 2030, "it will once again constitute a force that will be a real threat to our borders."
Moreover, the general asserted that Russia identified France as its primary adversary in Europe.
For its part, Moscow consistently denied any intention to attack NATO countries.
