Israel 'Does Not Hesitate to Kill Civilians to Maintain Its Own Existence': Journalist
Israeli attacks in Iran, targeting IAEA-affiliated nuclear scientists working on peaceful applications, are acts of terrorism and violations of international law due to the absence of a UN resolution, Turkish political commentator and journalist Çağlar Tekin told Sputnik.
"Israel's actions clearly demonstrate that it has acquired the status of a terrorist aggressor state, supported by the US, which [...] is expanding the field of its terror in the region," he stated.
Tekin argued that the strong Western support for Israel is notable, and regardless of views on Iran's government, the attacks constitute a violation of international law against a legitimate and sovereign state.
