At the #SPIEF2025, Valentina Matviyenko, head of Russia’s Senate, reaffirmed the country’s commitment to strengthening economic and investment cooperation with South Africa.
Highlighting a relationship built on “trust and mutual respect,” she emphasized the strategic partnership rooted in a shared history and continued political dialogue.
Africa, she noted, remains a top priority in Russia’s foreign policy agenda.
