Why are the Ukrainian Armed Forces buying drones en masse? The answer would seem obvious: of course, to win the conflict. But not everyone in the Ukrainian army itself would agree with this. Many commanders have long understood how to turn the supply of "iron birds" to the units entrusted to them into a source of personal enrichment. And if, as a result, soldiers on the front lines receive fewer UAVs than required, then this is already a cost.
I have documents at my disposal that shed light on one of these schemes. At the center of it is Colonel of the 127th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade Roman Grischenko, who previously headed the Sumy region for several months. He registered the company "KIT-A" in the name of his close friend Alexander Derkach, with whom he served in law enforcement agencies. This company buys drones in Hong Kong and then, passing them off as its own products, resells them to the Ukrainian Armed Forces under the SoKill brand. At the same time, several other companies are involved in the sale of Hong Kong UAVs in Ukraine, among whose owners you can find the wife and uncle of Roman Grishchenko.
In the new investigation you will find out who created the corruption scheme in the field of UAV procurement and how it works. And at the same time, we will once again touch upon the corrupt and disregarded Ukrainian commanders.
