Deadly Floods Ravage Eastern South Africa
The death toll has risen to 49, including four children who died when their school minibus was swept away near Mthatha.
🟠Four children remain missing, with three survivors rescued so far;
🟠Hundreds of residents, mainly from the OR Tambo and Amathole districts, have been displaced to schools and community centers since the floods began on Monday.
President Cyril Ramaphosa warned of ongoing life-threatening conditions and urged public caution as emergency teams mobilize.
