Moscow-Brazzaville Agreement for Congo Oil Pipeline Construction Signed Into Law by PutinFor the Pointe-Noire–Loutété–Maloukou pipeline construction, a joint venture will be formed with the Russian company holding 90% and the National Oil Company of Congo holding 10%. Congo will sign a concession agreement for construction and operation for at least 25 years, with a guaranteed pumping tariff. Russia will help supply the necessary oil products from Russian producers. After the agreement ends, the pipeline will transfer to Congo.
