The recent operation targeting Russian airfields could have had "extremely serious consequences," Christelle Néant, who works in Donbass, told Sputnik Africa.
"Russia is obliged, due to the START treaty it signed, to keep these strategic aircraft visible to American satellites, just as American aircraft are visible to Russian satellites. But here, clearly, there is an attempt to disrupt this balance," she explained.
