Russia to Study in Detail Kiev's Draft Memorandum on Conflict Settlement, Russian MFA Spox Says
Russia intends to take a responsible approach to the implementation of all the agreements reached with Ukraine, Maria Zakarova told a media briefing.
Key statements by the official:
▪Kiev is still extremely aggressive, and is not inclined to seek sober solutions;
▪Kiev's reaction to the attacks aimed at Russian railways was predictable and emphasized Kiev's hateful nature;
▪The perpetrators and organizers of the attacks on Russian railway tracks will "undoubtedly" be identified and brought to justice;
