UKRAINIAN DELEGATION CAUGHT LEAKING TALKS IN REAL-TIME
The Ukrainian delegation at the meeting with the Russian side in Istanbul connected an external participant by phone and kept them informed about what was happening, Sputnik’s correspondent reports.
One of the members of the Ukrainian delegation, before the start of the negotiations, first sent a message to an unknown participant, then dialed the number and put the call on speakerphone.
This happened during the statement being made by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
