Russia Helped Uganda in Healthcare With Mobile Labs, Vice President Discloses 'Strong' Partnership

“We have investors that are currently companies in Uganda who are exporting roasted coffee to Russia,” Uganda’s Vice President Jessica Alupo told Sputnik Africa. "Human resource development is another area where Russia is supporting Uganda, especially in the science arena."

But that’s just one layer of a growing Uganda-Russia alliance.
"Russia and Uganda have been strong bilateral partners since 1962," she told Sputnik Africa.
