Ethiopia’s Digital ID Program Inspires Many African Nations
The ID4Africa Annual General Meeting, held in Addis Ababa for four days, has concluded.
Ethiopia gained a lot of experience from participating countries at the conference, the National ID Program CEO Yodahe Arayaselasie, told local media.
The digital ID technology, which incorporates local knowledge, has been well-received and many African countries expressed keen interest in adopting Ethiopia's model, he noted.
