Nuclear Deal With US is Possible if Washington Stops 'Intimidating' Tehran, Iranian President Says
"Under no circumstances will we submit to force," Masoud Pezeshkian said during a meeting with Omani FM Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi.
The deal will not take place if Washington continues to insist on a complete halt to uranium enrichment, Iran's Deputy FM Majid Takht-Ravanchi echoed Pezeshkian's stance.
"We will not back down on the enrichment issue," local media quoted the deputy FM as saying.
Iranian FM Abbas Araghchi previously confirmed that a date for the next round of
talks with the United States has been agreed upon and will be announced soon.
