CAR Eyes Digital Transformation With Launch of New Initiative
Under President Faustin-Archange Touadera's leadership, the CAR is fast-tracking its national digital transformation by collaborating with a UAE-based technology and innovation company.
"We must do everything possible to lift this country out of digital isolation and give it the opportunity to open up to the world," Minister of Digital Economy Justin Gourna Zacko stated.
Initiative highlights:
⦁ aims to introduce a unified digital system for transparency and resource tracking;
⦁ involves all key sectors — from economy to infrastructure;
⦁ experts are being assigned across ministries to drive implementation.
