A meeting between Zelensky and Putin is possible if certain agreements are reached by the delegations of the two countries, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.
In terms of signing documents between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, for Moscow, the main and fundamental thing is the candidacy of the signatory from Ukraine, he noted.
