Ethiopia Has Fully Implemented Its Digital Strategy 2025, PM Says"Digital Ethiopia 2030 Strategy is currently being developed. If it becomes a reality, it will lay the foundation for building a knowledge-based economy in our country," Abiy Ahmed told a local broadcaster.The use of technology across all sectors in Ethiopia is growing rapidly, the official noted. "I believe that we can compete and be effective in our country and on our continent," Abiy added.Digital tools are now effectively applied and improving operations in various fields such as: civil service, law enforcement, defense, media, agriculture, and industry. The PM also announced that Ethiopia has developed its own AI system called "Mela," which uses the Amharic language.
