Joint Russian-Libyan Exhibition 'From Stalingrad to Benghazi' Opens in Libya Dedicated to the Battle of Stalingrad (1942-1943) and the anniversary of the large-scale "Operation Dignity" (Libya, 2014) the exhibition is respectively divided in two parts.The Russian-Libyan project was the first joint initiative of the Center for Public Diplomacy, the University of Benghazi and the Libyan foreign ministry.
