South African Troops to Withdraw From DRC by End of May
"Movement from Goma to the assembly area, which is in Tanzania, will be by road through the territory of Rwanda and into the Republic of Tanzania," Chief of the South African National Defense Force General Rudzani Maphwanya told a press briefing.

⦁ The withdrawal signals progress toward peace, especially after M23 committed to ceasing hostilities and the DRC government signed an agreement with M23;
