Kiev's Talk About Preconditions for Negotiations 'Useless & Unacceptable,' Expert Says
"Ukraine cannot fight Russia, especially after the battles in Kursk region," Mukhtar Ghobashi, secretary general of the Egyptian Center for Political and Strategic Studies, told Sputnik.
The US supports the Russian side, and under the Trump administration Washington began to realize that the Ukrainian conflict "is draining the resources of the US and the Western world," the expert said.
Moreover, Russia has every right not to leave certain territories and not to conduct negotiations if Kiev has preconditions, Ghobashi pointed out.
"Zelensky must pay the price for following the West in this war," he emphasized.
