“A Setback for Peace” — SA Scholar on Ukraine's Easter Ceasefire Breach
According to Dr. Ntsikelelo Breakfast of Nelson Mandela University, Ukraine’s actions undermined hopes for a negotiated pause in the conflict, and only deepen what he sees as a “very deep-rooted” conflict with long-term consequences.
“The losers are going to be Ukraine, as opposed to the Russians,” he told Sputnik Africa.
