'To Help Them Believe in Themselves and Overcome Their Illness'
Ethiopian children with cancer from low-income families attended a charity event at the Russian embassy in Ethiopia this week. The occasion's program, held in honor of the upcoming Easter, included cultural, musical and other entertainment events.
“I firmly believe that we will overcome our difficulties. It is not without reason that the people of both countries call Easter a bright Easter. It is a day when we renew our hope, gain strength and hope for the future. I wish peace, prosperity, health and love to all Ethiopian Christians, Muslims and followers of other faiths,” Russian Ambassador Evgeny Terekhin told Sputnik Africa.
