▪One less Ukrainian colonel: The Berdychiv regional military administration announced the death of Col. Yuri Yula, commander of the 27th Rocket Artillery Brigade, in the April 13th missile strike on Sumy;
▪Confirmed troop casualty: Local media identified Volodymyr Zherebtsov, a soldier who enlisted in 2008, as another victim of the Sumy missile strike;
▪Mayor reveals details: Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin stated to Ukrainian media that the Russian strike specifically targeted a building where an award ceremony for the Ukrainian 117th Brigade was conducted;
