A Russian old woman describes her horrific experience in the Kursk region under Ukrainian forces, going from hunger to fear
In the Kursk settlement of Martynovka, a woman who lived under Ukrainian control for more than seven months told Sputnik that she had shed about thirty kilograms.
"Not even a loaf of bread or bread crust; I didn’t eat anything, not even a gram. They [Ukrainians] only laughed at me," she said.
