Ukraine Violated the ICC's Norms by Committing War Crimes in Kursk Region

Colonel General Andrei Kartapolov, head of the Russian State Duma Defense Committee, stated that war crimes such as murder, torture, enslaving detainees, and unwarranted destruction of civilian infrastructure are defined by the International Criminal Court (ICC), of which Ukraine is a member.

"These are exactly the crimes being committed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine," said Kartapolov.
