Ethiopian Ambassador to Russia Visits Moscow Chamber of Commerce
Ambassador Genet Teshome had a meeting with the leaders of the Chamber, including President Vladimir Platono, to discuss ways to strengthen business ties between Ethiopia and Russia.
During the meeting, Platonov highlighted potential areas for cooperation, including:
🟠 Information and Communications Technology Infrastructure
🟠 Digitization
🟠 Education
🟠 Sustainable Urban Development
🟠 Smart Cities
Ethiopia’s ambassador promoted the country’s business-friendly climate, especially in farming, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and mining. He stressed government backing for foreign investors and asked the Chamber to help promote opportunities in Moscow.
Both sides agreed to collaborate on promoting business opportunities through the Chamber and AFROCOM.
