Nigerian boxer Gabriel Oluwasegun Olanrewaju, known as "Success," made his professional debut on July 30, 2019.
Nigerian boxer Gabriel Oluwasegun Olanrewaju died after a fight at the age of 40, media reported.
The athlete lost consciousness in the third round of the light heavyweight fight against Ghanaian Jon Mbanugu, which took place on Saturday in Accra, Ghana. According to the Ghana Boxing Authority, Olanrewaju was rushed to Korle Bu Teaching Hospital after receiving first aid, where he died 30 minutes later.
