US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Wednesday that all options are on the table when asked if the prospect of Russia being re-added to the SWIFT banking system as part of a Black Sea ceasefire deal is "palatable" to the United States. Washington's decisions on anti-Russian sanctions will be "determined by Russian leadership's next moves," the US official added.

US Treasury Chief Not Ruling Out Russia's Readmission to SWIFT as Part of Black Sea Deal
WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – In March 2022, a number of Russian banks, including VTB and Sovcombank, were disconnected from SWIFT after Russia launched the special military operation in Ukraine. In June 2022, Russia's largest lender, Sberbank, was also cut off.
US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Wednesday that all options are on the table when asked if the prospect of Russia being re-added to the SWIFT banking system as part of a Black Sea ceasefire deal is "palatable" to the United States.
"I think, everything is on the table," Bessent told Fox News.
Washington's decisions on anti-Russian sanctions will be "determined by Russian leadership's next moves," the US official added.
"[US] President [Donald] Trump, I think, would not hesitate to raise the sanctions if it gives him a negotiating advantage," he said.
