Iran is working on the aspects necessary to create a force that is dozens of times greater than the power of the previous Operation True Promise conducted against Israel, Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Mohammad Bagheri said on Tuesday. Bagheri was speaking at the presentation ceremony of a new "missile city" for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC). The new "missile city" of the Iranian armed forces is reportedly one of hundreds of such facilities with thousands of missiles. The "city" is situated in underground tunnels, which are dozens of kilometers long. Bagheri inspected the facility with Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the aerospace forces of the IRGC. They also inspected various types of solid- and liquid-fueled missiles, cruise missiles and warheads, the news agency reported. Iran's missile attacks conducted against Israel in 2024, according to Tehran, were a response to the assassination of Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah and Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh.

Iran Working to Build Force Greater Than Previous Operation Against Israel, General Staff Chief Says
TEHRAN (Sputnik) - In 2024, Iran launched two missile attacks on Israel for the first time in history. The first attack was made on April 14 in response to Israel's strike on the Iranian Consulate General in Damascus, and the second massive missile attack was launched on October 1.
Iran is working on the aspects necessary to create a force that is dozens of times greater than the power of the previous Operation True Promise conducted against
Israel, Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Mohammad Bagheri said on Tuesday.
Bagheri was speaking at the presentation ceremony of a new "missile city" for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).
"All the components needed to build the power dozens of times greater than True Promise 2 [the previous operation against Israel] are being created, most of them have already been created. This 'iron fist' is much stronger than before," the Fars news agency quoted Bagheri as saying.
Iran's missile attacks conducted against Israel in 2024, according to Tehran, were a response to the assassination of Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah and
Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh.
