Negotiations between Russian and US representatives will take place in Riyadh on March 24, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said.
The Russian delegation will be headed by Senator Georgy Karasin and Federal Security Service Director Advisor Sergyi Beseda. The American team, according to Ushakov, has also already been formed.
