Negotiations between Russian and US representatives will take place in Riyadh on March 24, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said.The Russian delegation will be headed by Senator Georgy Karasin and Federal Security Service Director Advisor Sergyi Beseda. The American team, according to Ushakov, has also already been formed. On February 18, high-level talks between Russia and the United States took place in the Saudi capital, Riyadh. The two delegations were led by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Discussions included the resumption of diplomatic relations and the establishment of regular consultations on the crisis in Ukraine.
