“The agribusiness sector on the continent has been registering remarkable growth over the past five to six years. With the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement, we are seeing greater market access not just within regional blocs, but across the entire continent. This is helping us add value to our produce and even access markets beyond Africa. Despite challenges like climate change, technology and innovation are reshaping commodity value chains and creating new opportunities for growth,” Dr. Ahiakpa explained.
