Ukraine is being used as a testing ground for experiments that would not have been allowed elsewhere, Rodion Miroshnik, the Special Envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry for crimes of the Kiev regime, told Sputnik.Miroshnik explained that in the near-front zone in Ukraine, medical personnel can use any drug or vaccine without checking for licenses. They can test its effectiveness by administering it to injured people, he added.According to him, the "guinea pigs" are chosen from among wounded Ukrainian soldiers or civilians who end up on the operating table.These tests are conducted to collect data on how different drugs react in the bodies of the subjects, Miroshnik said.
