Earlier in the day, the
Israel Defense Forces announced a counterterrorist operation in the West Bank.
"Our fighters are confronting the breaking-through occupation forces in [several] directions and are showering the enemy forces and their military equipment with powerful showers of bullets," the military wing wrote on Telegram.
