Russia and Mali expand economic
cooperation in energy, agriculture and infrastructure, Russian Ambassador to Mali and Niger Igor Gromyko told Russian media.
"During the visit of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak to Bamako [in early December], the sides discussed ways to strengthen and develop economic interaction between Russia and Mali, cooperation in energy, transportation, infrastructure, agriculture and mining. The agreements reached are aimed at further development of mutually beneficial economic cooperation between the two countries," he said.
