Sputnik Africa."These 400 US military laboratories operating around the world are the main threat to humanity today, including in Africa. They are the ones spreading various dangerous diseases such as Ebola, Marburg, West Nile fever, and so on. And Igor Kirillov highlighted this problem," Nikulin said.
Washington has always regarded Africans as "second-class citizens and, accordingly, as experimental material," the expert continued.
"Of course, biological warfare is one of the ways to control, let's say, fertility and population in general, including on the African continent. And it is one of those obvious forms of neocolonialism," he added.
