General Kirillov, head of Russia's Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces, rose to prominence by regularly appearing at military briefings to accuse the Kiev regime and its US patrons of running biolabs and using chemical weapons.
Russian chemical defense chief Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov denounced the dangerous nature of US laboratories, especially in Africa, before his assassination, former member of the UN Biological Weapons Commission Igor Nikulin told Sputnik Africa.

"These 400 US military laboratories operating around the world are the main threat to humanity today, including in Africa. They are the ones spreading various dangerous diseases such as Ebola, Marburg, West Nile fever, and so on. And Igor Kirillov highlighted this problem," Nikulin said.

Washington has always regarded Africans as "second-class citizens and, accordingly, as experimental material," the expert continued.

"Of course, biological warfare is one of the ways to control, let's say, fertility and population in general, including on the African continent. And it is one of those obvious forms of neocolonialism," he added.
